✉️How to Export elink Email Newsletter via Microsoft Outlook

elink email newsletters can be created in minutes and can be sent via nearly any third party email service provider that allows HTML emails. In this article we'll show you how to send your elink email newsletter via Outlook.


Step 1 - Export HTML Newsletter File from elink

Go to the Post Section of elink's platform.



Click on the green newsletter icon next to the elink post you wish to export.



Go to the HTML Export section and click on Proceed



On the pop up click on the Download HTML File button.




Outlook 365

Go to Outlook and clock on New Email.
In the message window, choose Format Text, and then choose HTML



Outlook 2016

Go to Outlook and click on New Email.
Click on the Attach File button on Outlook's Quick Access Toolbar.
If you don't see the Attach File icon, you will need to add it to Outlook's Quick Access Toolbar and follow these steps. If you do go to step 4.

Follow these steps (or skip to step 4):
Click new email button
Click on File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar
Under Popular Commands, highlight Attach File and click Add Button. Click OK.


Select the newsletter.html file you downloaded.
Click Insert and select Insert as Text and you'll see the newsletter auto-populate!


Outlook 2013

Go to Outlook and click on New Email.
Click on the Attach File button on Outlook's Quick Access Toolbar.
Select the newsletter.html file you downloaded.
Click Insert and select Insert as Text and you'll see the newsletter auto-populate!
