# How to Add Social Icons

1. Open up an elink post or create a new one.

2. Click on the **Header** tab.

3. Click on the **Header Body** or **Footer Body** section.

4. The editor will open up as a popup. From here you can click on any blank line and click on the **(+) icon**.

5. A menu will open up where you can select the **social icon widget**.

6. Once the social icons have been added you can click on the **three dots** on the left hand side.

8. This will activate a toolbar allowing you set the link for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube. Click on the **settings wheel** to add a hyperlink behind your social icons.

||| Important Note: The editor will remain in the default colors, but when you click on save, you'll see your social icons match your theme color.
