# Troubleshoot elink's Browser Extension

**If you are having trouble saving links with your Chrome, Edge or Firefox Extension. Try these steps:**

1. Click on the three dots on the top right corner of your browsers and go to **Settings**.

2. Click on **Privacy and Security**.

3.  Select the **Site Settings** option.

4. Click on **Cookies and Site data**.

5. Turn on **Allow Sites** to save and read data & turn off, **Block third-party cookies**.
