How to Embed elinks on a Squarespace Website

1️⃣ PART 1: Getting the Embed Code from elink.io

👉1. Click on the 'Posts' tab on elink's platform.



Important Note: Make sure your elink is published before you go on to embed it on your Website.

👉2. Click on the 'Share' icon next to the elink post you want to embed.



👉3. Next, click on 'Embed.'



👉4. Now you can copy the 'Recommended Embed code.'

2️⃣PART 2: Adding the Code to Your SquareSpace site

👉1. Go your Squarespace site and open a website page that you wish you to embed your elink on and click on the 'Edit' button on the top bar.




👉2. Next click the + button.




👉3. Then choose the 'Blank section' layout.




👉4. Click on the 'Edit' button.




👉5. Click on the 'Pointer' to access the widgets.




👉6. Select the 'Embed widget'.




👉7. An embed pop up will open up, click on the 'Code' Icon on the right side to add the embed code.




👉8. Paste the embed code in the pop-up and hit 'Set'.




👉9. Save the changes made on your website.




👉10. The elink post is now embedded on your website.



Important Tip: You can update your embedded elink in real-time with your Chrome Extension. You can also go to elink's dashboard and add content, update pictures, make textual edits, etc.
